Blast-One Weekly Tips
Tip #12
Using Triclover Couplings

You can save yourself hours in downtime.

By simply adding Triclover Couplings to your Blast Machine setup, you will simplify the maintenance process.

See how much easier the process is when these valves are in place.

The Triclover coupling replaces the fitting between the blast machine & the metering valve and the metering valve & the pusher line. Separating the two is so simple - just unscrew the wingnut and open the Triclover coupling.

Access to the components of your blast machine is made so much easier. Once you have the couplings in place, you will save time and money every time you carry out maintenance. Down time will be drastically reduced.

Here are some of the advantages of the Triclover:

  1. No more removing of hose clamps and rotating the valve to unscrew it from the pot,
  2. Easier access to clear obstructions from the pot,
  3. Allows you to service the metering valve quickly to reduce down time,
  4. Accessing the blast machine to clear blockages or swap abrasives is so much simpler.

This is a truly worthwhile investment.
